“Open” service agreement allow customers to purcahse what they want, when they want with no future obligation or commitments. OSA customers enjoy "Order Volume Based Pricing", which allow them to choose the price they wish to pay.
Volume price breaks are based on individual product order volumes. Accounts can be setup with minimum order volume, allowing customers to fix the maximum price they pay for any given product.
